In the exclusive gated community of Loch Lloyd, this custom residence reflects a blend of traditional low country charm and coastal style. Designed for a dynamic couple with grown children, the home is perched on an elevated lot with sweeping views of a golf course, offering ample space for both family living and entertaining.
Large covered porches front and back invite relaxed outdoor living, while a chef’s kitchen flows into the great room, perfect for gatherings. The home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and unique spaces such as a ballet room and craft room, with hidden storage to maintain a clean aesthetic.
The greatest challenge was the steep slope of the site, requiring expert grading and landscape design to stabilize the home and ensure it harmonizes with the neighborhood. Natural light fills the home, highlighting its elegance and setting it apart within this exclusive enclave.
