designKC is a quarterly publication that is published on the seasons- Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. Your subscription will start with the next published issue. For example, if the Fall issue is on newsstands, your first issue will be Winter of that year. If Winter is on newsstands, your first issue will be Spring.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Your subscription will be sent via US Postal Service and will start no later than 90 days based on where we are in the next quarterly publish cycle.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within fifteen (15) business days upon cancellation of subscription. You will be refunded the percentage of total subscription price for issues not mailed, providing they have not been submitted to printer. For example, if you have a one-year (4 issue subscription) and you have received two issues, 50% of the subscription cost will be refunded to your card within 15 business days. If you purchased a two-year subscription (8 issue subscription), and you have received two issues, 75% of subscription cost will be refunded to your card within 15 business days.
