Custom Home up to 3,000 sq. ft.

Organic Oasis

This home embraces texture, natural elements and dramatic contrasts. The design takes full advantage of its soaring ceilings and open spaces, with a statement-making 15-foot live tree as a central feature. Plaster finishes on the fireplace and hood vent, woven pendants in the dining area and a sleek black tile bar create layers of depth and character.

To balance the openness of the main living area, the office and primary suite introduce a moody contrast. The office features a hidden closet within the trim detailing, while the bedroom boasts a bold feature wall that captivates upon entry.

Challenges in tile placement, particularly in the primary bath and bar, required creative problem-solving. A reimagined checkerboard tile layout and a carefully adjusted bar design ensure a seamless look without exceeding budget. The result is a thoughtfully curated home that feels both refined and effortless.
