Interior Project | MultiRoom
This kitchen and hearth project revolves around the striking presence of Brazilian Arabescato marble. The kitchen island, with its bold waterfall edge, seamlessly merges with a rich walnut bar, introducing a warm contrast. A chiseled live edge, created in response to an unexpected fissure in the marble, enhances the organic beauty of the stone, turning a challenge into an intentional design feature.
The living room’s fireplace mirrors this elegant aesthetic, with the same marble wrapping around the hearth and extending into a floor-to-ceiling Dekton-clad surround. Meticulous planning ensured a refined finish, from relocating electrical components to installing the full-height marble backsplash before cabinetry. The result is a space that balances natural textures with contemporary precision, allowing each material to shine. This project showcases the artistry of embracing imperfections, transforming obstacles into defining elements of the design.
