Hawk Heights: Casework/ Fireplace/Stair Assembly

At Hawk Heights, these coordinating elements serve as both a functional solution and a commanding design statement. This custom feature unifies the condominium’s dining, kitchen, living and bar areas with precision and style.

A honed gray limestone hearth extends beyond its role as a fireplace base, transforming into a sculptural five-step stairway that gracefully bridges the 24-inch elevation change between rooms. Above, ebony-stained oak casework reaches the 14-foot ceiling, offering concealed storage while maintaining a refined, architectural presence. A blackened steel panel above the fireplace ensures both durability and visual contrast.

This carefully executed assembly transforms a challenging space into a dynamic focal point, proving that great design can be both purposeful and visually compelling.
