he Archer made its first appearance on the Fall Parade of Homes. As part of Bristol Highlands’ model row in western Shawnee, this Rob Washam home is a standout.
First, when driving by, its exterior—painted in Blackberry (BM 2119-20) with contrasting cedar siding—grabs your attention. Inside, the cabinets and woodwork in Pacific Sea Teal (BM 2049-10) continue to captivate. But upstairs is where the stagers got creative with blank space. Where many builders might put a media room or play area, they made a yoga studio. In the sunlit space, walls painted Sandpaper (PPG 1062-4) give off a warm, persimmon-colored glow.
“It could have been just white walls and mirrors, but this has a cool vibe to it,” says Lindsay Cutler, Rob Washam’s marketing director. “We try to do fun things so buyers really understand how the same house can be customized in different ways.”
