fter shopping trips in St. Louis and Dallas, Maison de Marnie co-owners (and friends) Stephanie Richardson and Marcia Jacobson were inspired to fill a gap in Kansas City’s retail market and open a shop that provided unique gifts for the person who has everything.

We’d always imagined having our own logo above a shop door one day,” says Ampersand Design Studio co-founder, Morgan Georgie. “And when we drove by this space on East Gregory, just one door down from McLain’s Bakery, with a huge storefront window, we fell in love!”
