This home already had the makings of a dream kitchen, but it lacked the additional storage and prep space that makes entertaining truly effortless. A key objective was creating a scullery that felt like a natural continuation of the kitchen rather than a secondary utility room.

One of the primary challenges was the limited footprint. The existing kitchen lacked sufficient workspace and concealed storage for dishes, small appliances, and prep needs, making entertaining and cleanup feel cramped. The narrow, tucked-away area designated for the scullery required clever planning to ensure the space felt intentional, open, and highly functional.

To achieve this, Daltile Carrara White marble was used for both the countertops and backsplash, bringing brightness and an elevated feel to the compact room. Ample cabinetry and shelving provide organized, hidden storage, while the Luna 12-inch pendant from Quorum introduces soft, sophisticated lighting that complements the kitchen’s fixtures. Carefully selected artwork adds personality, resulting in a refined scullery that enhances daily living while maintaining the elegance of the home.
