The French Curve project was conceived as a celebration of craftsmanship and calm: a kitchen where architectural form meets quiet luxury. The clients envisioned a space that felt timeless yet tailored, blending the familiarity of traditional millwork with the lightness of modern design. The goal was to create a kitchen that feels inviting enough for daily life, yet artful enough to stand as the heart of the home.

A sculpted archway frames the range wall in a gesture that’s both architectural and intimate. Calacatta marble adds movement and grace, its sweeping veining mirrored across backsplash and countertop. White oak cabinetry brings warmth and texture, while soft brass accents lend a touch of restrained glamour.

Every function was intentionally hidden to preserve serenity. A concealed spice cabinet, integrated appliances, and a discreet storage system maintain the clean lines without sacrificing practicality. The custom island—with its fluted oak detailing and waterfall edge—serves as both a sculptural centerpiece and a gathering space, embodying the duality of form and function.

Lighting was designed to enhance the architecture rather than compete with it, allowing the materials to glow naturally. The restrained palette and meticulous detailing invite focus on craftsmanship over embellishment.

The space that feels serene and layered—an atelier for everyday living.
