A unique and elevated aesthetic sets this model home apart, creating an environment that feels both aspirational and approachable. The project team put a strong emphasis on thoughtful, unexpected details, from custom architectural elements to curated finishes. The result is meant to inspire and captivate visitors while reflecting a refined yet livable style.

One of the biggest challenges faced during this project was the decision to include the home in the Parade of Homes midway through construction, which accelerated the schedule. This meant coordinating with trades, vendors, and suppliers on a much tighter timeline, while still maintaining the high level of quality and detail envisioned.

Adapting quickly, the design team leveraged new vendors and trades whose flexibility and fresh perspective proved invaluable in keeping the project on track. Additionally, the team explored alternative materials, finding cost-effective finishes that deliver a high-end look while being executed efficiently. These strategic choices not only helped the team meet the compressed schedule but also resulted in a home that felt unique, intentional, and elevated beyond the expected.
