Custom blown rondel stained-glass panels were created for key locations throughout the restaurant to evoke the refined ambiance of high-end Italian dining. Working closely with the general contractor and interior design team, the goal was to craft something distinctive yet calming—an architectural detail that would give the space unmistakable character while complementing the overall design vision.

The project required extensive handmade, custom work within a tight timeline, while coordinating across multiple collaborators, including the GC, designers, millworkers, and installers. The owner also requested large-format panels, which introduced structural challenges, as glass of this scale can warp or collapse under its own weight if not properly supported.

To ensure long-term stability and craftsmanship, each panel was engineered with discreet brass supports that maintain structural integrity while preserving the design’s elegance. The result was so successful that the same stained-glass concept has been incorporated into a second restaurant location currently under development in Raleigh, North Carolina.
