Multifamily Housing

Parkway Towers

This 1962 multifamily structure was completely reimagined by ICON Architecture and Centric, transforming outdated spaces into timeless, luxurious environments. With input from 120 condo owners, the design had to satisfy a variety of preferences—a monumental challenge!

The solution? A collaborative effort between designers, architects and contractors that honored the building’s history wh ile enhancing its value. Updates included a striking black-and-white floor, Venetian plaster walls, fresh furnishings and rich draperies. The result: a cohesive, elegant design that owners and potential buyers can’t resist.
