The owners of this 1990s bathroom envisioned a serene, soft-modern retreat that blends functionality with understated luxury. Their ultimate goal: to enhance daily routines, prioritizing both relaxation and practicality.
The project presented several challenges, from an outdated whirlpool tub to awkward, angled walls. The design team reimagined the space, removing the arched soffit and leveling the walls to create a more harmonious flow. A thoughtfully reconfigured layout now includes a generously sized shower, freestanding soaking tub and custom his-and-hers vanity, maximizing space and storage.
The window, once a focal point of visual tension, was transformed with a graceful arch and a motorized Roman shade, allowing for privacy and light control. The final result is a tranquil, elegant space with a carefully curated color palette that invites relaxation and sophistication.
