MP360 Design + Build enhanced this home with a contemporary aesthetic, improving its livability for a growing family and frequent guests from Iceland. A key update involved removing a load-bearing wall and fireplace façades to create an open living space that encourages connection and flow. Expansive bi-fold doors fill the home with natural light and offer scenic views. Premium finishes elevate the design, including ultra-matte black cabinetry with walnut dovetail drawers and custom lighting. The kitchen features hidden appliances, and the primary bathroom includes a luxurious bubble massage tub and spacious shower. A reworked stairway, a newly designed home office with slim-framed glass panels and an updated primary bedroom complete the space. By blending innovative design and meticulous detail, this renovation offers a refined environment for both everyday living and family gatherings.
