Remodeled Residence up to 3,000 Sq. Ft.

Olathe MCM

This mid-century modern home has a fresh perspective while maintaining its original character. The redesign preserved key elements like repurposed cabinetry and existing stonework, blending them with contemporary updates to meet today’s standards.

A major challenge was removing two load-bearing walls in the kitchen without vertical supports. The solution—a custom-engineered “Super Truss”—allowed for an open, uninterrupted space. Budget considerations required thoughtful revisions, but through collaboration and creativity, the final design remained true to the client’s vision.
