Remodeled Residence up to 3,000 Sq. Ft.

Mega Marble Makeover

This home was transformed to suit the lifestyle of two busy executives who love to entertain. From the moment they closed on the house, the design team envisioned a full-scale renovation to maximize both form and function.

The 3,000-square-foot first-floor overhaul centered around relocating the kitchen to what was once the family room, creating a vaulted, light-filled space with wall-to-wall windows and doors. This shift established an open-concept flow while maintaining distinct areas for dining, lounging and gathering. A full marble surround in the kitchen became a defining element, seamlessly integrating with the dining room and bathrooms for a cohesive aesthetic.

Executing this level of detail required precise coordination. From relocating windows to integrating architectural lighting within the countertops, every component was meticulously planned. The final design blends warmth and refinement, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming environment where the clients can host with ease.
