Remodeled Residence 3,001 to 6,000 sq. ft.
A collaboration brought to life this residence that exudes both style and comfort. Inspired by the client’s refined sensibilities, the home offers a serene atmosphere with spaces designed for modern living. The upper floor is dedicated to entertaining with the kitchen, dining and media rooms, while the lower level provides privacy with a primary suite and office.
The design centers on an architectural spine wrapped in ebony-stained oak, seamlessly integrating storage, art displays and functional elements. A sculptural staircase ascends to the upper level, where natural light floods the public areas. Expansive glass doors lead to the rooftop terrace, effortlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.
Custom furnishings, such as a marble desk and mohair upholstered bed, add texture and warmth to the home. Every detail was carefully curated to reflect a sophisticated mix of historic and modern elements.
