Multifamily Housing

Midland Lofts

Nestled in Kansas City’s vibrant Power & Light District, Midland Lofts redefines urban living through the thoughtful transformation of a 1927 landmark. Formerly an office building linked to the historic Midland Theatre, this Art Deco gem now offers 135 modern apartments while preserving its rich heritage.

The design seamlessly integrates original architectural elements—like restored marble, a vintage mail chute and gold entrance doors—with contemporary conveniences, including keyless entry and controlled-access elevators. Apartments, ranging from 300 to 975 square feet, feature oversized windows, premium appliances and smart layouts.

Amenities are thoughtfully distributed across 12 floors, fostering a sense of community and interaction. Highlights include a social lounge with a fireplace, a fifth-floor fitness center and a serene 12th-floor meditation lounge. Practical features, such as coworking spaces and Luxer package lockers, add to the building’s appeal.

Midland Lofts beautifully balances Kansas City’s historic legacy with the demands of modern living, creating a unique and sophisticated residential experience.
