Interior Project | MultiRoom

Clean Slate

Dubbed “The House of Angles,” this renovation focused on refining awkward layouts and updating dark, dated finishes. The redesign improved storage, enhanced flow and introduced a look that better reflects the homeowners’ style.

In the kitchen, a poorly proportioned island and cramped pantry were replaced with custom cabinetry featuring rollout shelves, maximizing space while maintaining a streamlined aesthetic. The oversized hood now serves as a striking focal point, creating the illusion of perfect symmetry.

The basement bar, once divided by an unnecessary wall, was opened up for more cabinetry and better accessibility to the backyard pool. A concealed ceiling feature now discreetly hides exposed piping discovered during demolition.

The living room built-ins, previously difficult to style, were reimagined with well-spaced shelving and a custom cast stone fireplace surround. Each change was made with precision, bringing cohesion and fresh energy to this revitalized home.
