The primary hurdle was ensuring fluid continuity between the new addition and the existing lower level—an endeavor requiring both architectural precision and construction ingenuity. One of the project’s most thrilling moments was craning the cold plunge and hot tub over the house, an unforgettable feat that highlighted the careful planning behind every detail.
