Artisan
Embarking on a project to create a home that would stand out during the 2024 Artisan Home Tour, the team’s goal was to showcase innovative design and exceptional craftsmanship while integrating the home seamlessly into its surroundings. With a focus on luxury living, the design features a reverse ranch layout to maximize spatial dynamics, while the outdoor spaces, including a pool as a central feature, offer unparalleled opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.
The project faced multiple challenges, including tight timelines, weather delays and the complex logistics of sourcing and installing custom Turkish marble for the pool area. Despite these obstacles, the team worked relentlessly, overlapping trades when possible and addressing technical hurdles as they arose. The outcome is a home that not only highlights the builder’s capabilities but also redefines expectations for luxury and contemporary living.
