The inhabitants of this space can shut out the noise of the world and enjoy the soft serenity of filtered light. But—binoculars at the ready—they can raise the shades and take in the majestic views of the Country Club Plaza’s golden-hued Spanish-style architecture and bustling streets below.

Previously an eat-in kitchen, the casually upholstered nook with built-in storage invites a pause in the day for a quiet tête-à-tête, or, just as easily, makes a rocking entertaining scene for a crowd.
“Now it’s a cocktail lounge to enjoy a drink or two,” Elizabeth says.
