To remodel a historic 1911 Colonial Estate, from tuck pointing the exterior to gull gut remodel of three floors. Restoring the integrity and character of the estate while overlaying the clients aesthetic. Keeping in mind the clients love to entertain and have three children.

The project was 1.5 hours from the designers home base. The first phase (building a pool house for the clients to live in while we worked on the estate) took place during covid. Delays in historic homes are always expected.

The homeowners being on site and the the contractors point person offered excellent communication with plenty of FaceTime. The designer would be onsite on average twice a month.
