Troy is the creative “Captain” of the Madi Mali Homes team. Originally from the Midwest, he graduated with degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from Indiana State University and has been a design junky since the early age of 9. After graduating and performing various jobs as a Job Coordinator, Project Estimator and Overland Park Building Inspector, Troy opened MMH in 2003. Specializing in custom homes, he believes that every project should be exceptional, unique and reflect the owner’s personal style and taste. He is intimately involved in every aspect of design and construction, and is very careful to properly schedule so each project will receive his precise attention. Troy’s creative eye has also led the company into the Interior Design and Consulting market with the completion of total home re-designs, furnishings, office spaces, lower-level finishes, pools and cabanas and many charitable events and home tours. Established since 1989, CST has been serving the Kansas City Metro and is one of the largest stocking distributors of porcelain tile in the Midwest. The 3,000 square foot showroom is located in Overland Park and open public. A wide range of products offered included Porcelain Tile, Natural Stone, Metal, Glass, Granite and More!
Many of CST’s porcelain and natural stone tile lines come from Italy and are imported regularly to insure a large quantity of stocking tiles. With many tiles in stock and a typical lead time on specialty items of only 1-2 weeks, projects can move rapidly without large lead times on products.

For more than twenty years, Homes by Chris has been an award-winning designer/builder in the Kansas City area. This is a company owned and operated by Chris and Roy Ragland, who are a husband and wife team who have built more than 200 homes in the Northland area. This fantastic partnership started years ago at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Chris graduated from UMC in economics, earned an MBA from Rockhurst University, and spent 20 years in corporate project management before joining Roy in the building business. Roy first worked as, and still is, a realtor, before deciding to form the building company in 2003.
With Roy’s experience in realty and Chris’s experience as a manager in the corporate world, they have an attention to detail in their homes that is second to none.
