Founder Ben Cox, a K-State graduate with a degree in Construction Science and Management, brings over 20 years of construction experience to the table. He worked in California and Kansas City on large commercial projects, such as hospitals, schools and performing arts centers, but transitioned to his passion of residential construction in 2009 and never looked back. With 18 years of luxury home building experience, he is committed to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Ben takes pride in creating homes that combine modern style, lasting value, and comfort for Kansas City families.

“Home design and building has been my passion since I was a little kid,” he notes. “I enjoy bringing new design concepts to Kansas City.”

Sycamore Road Homes is a craftsman-based homebuilding company – dedicated to bringing in the right trades to each project that will focus on the fine details and be the best in achieving the homeowners’ dreams.
